We are looking into creating new globe video visualizations with different datasets. We have another really nice example provided by NASA (opens new window) (Credit: NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center) which shows a 12 month cycle of plant life on earth.

To get additional information on what colors represent and to have a closer look at the globe click on the fullscreen button (on the top right)!
